FAQs

Q: Are your fur animals safe for children?

A: Yes! Our alpaca fur is certified safe and ethically sourced, making our plushies suitable for all ages. For children under 3, we recommend adult supervision due to small decorative parts. The fur is naturally hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.

Q: Do the felted animals come with a hanging loop?

A: Yes! Most of our regular-size felted animals (approximately 5 inches) include a hanging loop for ornament display. The loop can be easily removed if you prefer to display your piece on a shelf or surface.

Note: Some specialty items like our larger alpacas are designed for stand display.

Q: What is baby alpaca, and why is it special?

A: Baby alpaca refers to the micron count (not the age) typically ranges from around 20-22 microns, making it exceptionally soft and luxurious for next-to-skin wear

Q: Are your socks machine washable?

A: Yes! Our alpaca socks and accessories are machine washable on cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain their softness and shape. Our felted animals can be spot cleaned or gently hand washed.

Q: How do I care for alpaca fur products?

A: Our alpaca fur items (like plushies and fur charms) are made with certified safe fur and can be gently brushed to maintain softness. Spot clean as needed. Store in a cool, dry place.
